Dont get me wrong, I’m truly grateful to be surrounded by delish asian cuisine on the daily, from curry to ramen and everything in between… but sometimes I just want a quick snack that I can eat in like 3 bites. When Lollicup closed down last year, I fell into a minor depression but then I eventually got over it because Slicetruck came around and answered my prayers. If you guessed that Slicetruck is a food truck-turned-pizza place, then you are correct. The menu is simple as “the pizza is the focus”… plus basil and parmesan is added to every slice. Three words: Hot Garlic Pizza. Mmmmmm.
